1. From the floral selection, select the style and colours of the flowers that you require.
2. Delivery is free to St Faiths Crematorium or £1 mile else where.
3. Place order by telephoning: 07753 433 253 with the following details:
Your name and contact details, the name of recipient,
their address, date of delivery and the message to be written on the card.
